Diverse Fabric Palette: In our Knitting Unit, we offer an extensive range of fabric qualities, including Single Jersey, Pique, French Terry, Interlock, Flatback Rib, Pullover Rib, Y/D Feeder Stripes, Interlock Pique, and Waffle. These fabric options cater to a wide spectrum of creative possibilities, making them the perfect foundation for your garments. In our Garment Washing and Dyeing Unit, we redefine the art of garment transformation. With the capability to wash and dye 50,000 units each month, we seamlessly blend innovation and quality. Our diverse wash types, including Enzyme, Stone, and Snow Wash, breathe life into fabrics, while Pigment and Reactive Dyeing techniques ensure rich and vibrant colors. With a remarkable monthly dyeing capacity of 520 tons, world-class machinery, and specialized post-dyeing services like anti-microbial treatment and moisture management, we cater to a spectrum of creative possibilities.

Our Printing Unit is a hub of innovation and quality, equipped with M&R and MHM IQ-Oval Printing Machines that ensure precise and versatile printing capabilities. With a monthly capacity of 500,000 impressions and the ability to print up to 16 colors across 7 machines, we're well-equipped to handle large-scale projects with intricate and vibrant designs. Eco-Friendly and Versatile Printing Options: We prioritize sustainability by using Oeko-Tex certified and REACH compliant chemicals in our printing processes. Our Printing Unit offers a wide spectrum of print qualities, from eco-friendly options like Pigment/Waterbase and Non-PVC prints to distinctive choices like Glitter, Foil, Puff, and High-Density prints. With Flock, Silicon, Crack Paint, Discharge, and even CMYK Photo Printing, we provide a comprehensive range of creative possibilities, ensuring that every design vision is brought to life with precision and quality.
Precision Craftsmanship Unleashed
Our Embroidery Unit combines the artistry of Barudan Embroidery machines with the precision of GMI Laser technology. With an impressive fleet of 20 multi-head machines, boasting 9-color capabilities across 386 heads, we bring intricate designs to life with impeccable precision. (18-24 color) Even in prototyping and sampling, our dedicated machine with 2 heads ensures every stitch reflects the same level of craftsmanship.
Versatile Embroidery Styles: Our Embroidery Unit offers an extensive range of embroidery styles, including Satin, Tetami, Motif, Chain Stich, Lazer Engraving, Sublimation embroidery, Photo, and 3D Embroidery. Plus, we incorporate Laser Cut Appliqué directly on the embroidery machine, adding unique texture and depth to your designs. Our sewing unit is a powerhouse of production, with a monthly capacity of 1.2 million units spread across three factories, all operating under the "Cut to Pack" approach. With 45 sewing lines and 1,800 working stations, we excel in handling large volumes while maintaining craftsmanship standards. Our dedication to quality is evident in the Fabric Inspection Machine with a color sensor, specialized automated sewing machines, and the use of cutting-edge technology like the Lectra Pattern Grading System, Fabric Spreader, and Auto Cutter. We leverage Juki Pattern Sewers, Pegasus, and Juki Sewing Machines for precision, supported by an Eton Conveyor System for streamlined material handling. Additionally, our dedicated sampling unit with 25 machines ensures meticulous prototype and sample creation.
